What can and can’t I put in the dumpster?
Most household junk, furniture, construction debris, remodeling materials, and general cleanup waste can go in our dumpsters. Items such as tires, TVs and monitors, paint, liquids, chemicals, batteries, and appliances containing refrigerant require special handling and should not be placed in the dumpster. Concrete, dirt, rock, brick, shingles, and other heavy materials may require special arrangements. If you’re unsure about something, ask Tiffany or call us at 812-408-1892 before loading it.

Are your dumpsters driveway friendly?
Yes. We take protecting your property seriously. Our experienced drivers carefully position the dumpster and can use our optional driveway protection system when additional protection is appropriate. If you’re concerned about your driveway, tell us when you book and we’ll help determine the best placement and protection for your property.

How soon can you deliver my dumpster?
We offer prompt delivery throughout our service area, with same-day and next-day delivery available when our schedule allows. You can check available delivery dates while booking online, ask Tiffany for help, or call us at 812-408-1892 to discuss your project.

What happens if I need the dumpster longer?
No problem. If your project takes longer than expected, additional rental days are available for $15 per day. Contact us before your scheduled pickup and we’ll work with you to extend your rental.

What happens if my dumpster weighs more than the included 2 tons?
Every standard rental includes up to 2 tons of waste. If your load exceeds the included weight, additional weight is charged at $75 per ton. We clearly state these charges upfront so you know how the pricing works before you book.

Do I need to be home when you deliver or pick up the dumpster?
Usually not. As long as we have clear placement instructions and our driver can safely access the property, you generally do not need to be there for delivery or pickup. If we have a question when we arrive, we’ll contact you.

Where will you put the dumpster?
You choose the preferred location and our driver will work to place the dumpster there as long as it can be done safely. Driveways and other accessible areas are common choices. If your preferred location presents an access or safety issue, we’ll work with you to find the best alternative.

How much room do you need to deliver a dumpster?
Our trucks need enough room to safely approach the placement area, unload the dumpster, and leave the property. Low-hanging wires or branches, narrow driveways, parked vehicles, gates, and tight turns can affect placement. If you’re concerned about access, call us at 812-408-1892 and we can talk through your property before delivery.
